I just recently spent my entire savings and sold my car (the only thing I had of any value) to pay for an international move back to the U.S. to give a better life to my 10-year old daughter.
I am now working full-time, and struggling to pay all my monthly bills while attending university at the same time as a full-time student so I can eventually get a better job and provide better for my family.
I don't go out, eat out, or spend money on anything other than necessities, and I was just barely making it until last month when my daughter fell of the swings at school and hit her head. She threw up, and was taken to the hopsital immediatly for a concussion.
She's fine now (thankfully) but all this happened before I was covered by insurance at my employer, and the cost of that emergency room trip caused many checks to bounce, including my rent check.
Over the past month I've been charged (literally) over seven hundred dollars in bank fees for non-sufficient funds and returned items, money that I already didn't have. I took out a couple payday advance loans to try to offset everything and return my balances to normal so I could get back on budget again, but it didn't work and now I'm sinking further and futher down a spiral that I can't crawl out of.
I have nothing I own of any significant value that I can sell, and my landlord is calling demanding the rent from the bounced check plus the late fee... If I don't pay within the next few days I will be forced to leave our small home and I have no where else to go.
I can't live with my daughter on the street. This move was supposed to improve our lives, and now I'm full of regret and desperation.
Please, someone, anyone... I need help!
I'm willing to do whatever it takes to fix this situation, but I truly need assistance fast.
